Abdominal Massage

Service Description

Learn ways to improve digestion and sleep, increase joint mobility and reduce tension and anxiety with a simple routine you can do almost anywhere. This 60 min session will begin with a routine that you can do anywhere; that opens up the joints and allows the skeletal muscular system to open up and relax. Followed by a guided breath work session then an abdominal massage. We will go through this routine together so that you get a hands on lesson that can be repeated at home.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please give at least 24 hours to avoid a $25 fee for 60 min appointments, or a $50 fee for 90 min appointments.
